I am desperately trying to overcome the plateau I am currently experiencing. I have been weighing around 165 - 170 since November 2013. I will lose a couple of lbs, then gain them back. It has become so frustrating. I know I have become somewhat relaxed in my efforts, so I think I'm going to come at this like I just started. I'm going to try different exercise routines and look for new favorite healthy meals. I know I can do it, I just have to re-motivate myself.
