We planned for it, a day of 3 breakfasts. It was a beautiful thing...
First breakfast was 2 big cups of coffee with soy creamer, 4 little sweet potato/oat pancakes with maple syrup, berries and kiwi, and some tempeh "bacon".
Lunch [or second breakfast] was a vegan chickpea flour omelette with mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and cashew cheese. And we had lots of roasted asparagus. This was incredible!
Our third breakfast [dinner] was strawberries, mango, and kiwi, with homemade granola. Perfect.
I have to do all-day-breakfast more often. It's been one of those days where I was perfectly satisfied.
