I met a man from my past in February. We fell head over heels in love and have been busy planning a wedding. Though while we have been super busy planning, moving in together, and working on the house we have been eating on the run and making poor decisions when it comes to food. With the wedding 20 days away we decided to start a 21 day cleanse last week. It is one that while it wants you to eat LOTS of vegetables and fruit, it isn't a starvation diet and has supplements that help detox and rebuild your pre and probiots. The first week we already notice a big difference. It is helping by us making a menu also. I am not sure I am going to follow the diet that goes along with it to a T, but will keep close. It makes you fully vegetarian by the time your done and neither of us can tolerate soy. So I am getting ready for next weeks menu. Planning is key, just like with the wedding we have to plan we can't just wing it when it comes to eating. So hopefully by the end of next week I wont be having to dig out my sewing machine after all to alter his vest that we ended up buying a size to small.
