so I am making a 5-minute chocolate cake for two.
I don't have a microwave so I put it in a 5 " round Corningware ramekin and will be baking it in my toaster oven for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Since I like frosting with my cake, I am going to put some liquid Stevia with cream cheese (4 T for 2 people), cocoa (maybe 2 T) and a splash of vanilla for "icing" since cream will give me a protein boost without all of the sugar.
What do you do when your chocolate cravings are really bad?
Epilogue: The cake did turn out okay. I think that I will use more cocoa next time. I had to bake it for 30 minutes. I forgot to spray it with cooking spray first so I had to dig it out. My carb cravings have been really bad afterwards, though. Even into the next day. I just see a picture of fresh baked bread and my cravings are intense. I will try some of the suggestions that you guys gave me in the future. I can't do the miniature bars, though I like the idea. In the past I could each a whole package and I don't want to go back there again. I ended up using Monk fruit sweetener instead of Stevia in the "frosting." It wasn't bitter like Stevia.
