Week 13 Completed

So I lost .5 pounds this week, which is better than gaining! Today is measure day and I have lost 2.5 inches from my chest, 1.5 inches from my waist since Jan. I'll take it!

So now for my next goal. I'd like to lose the rest of my weight, which is about 11 pounds by July 19th, which is my 1 year wedding anniversary!


This week's workout schedule!

Sunday - Cardio Party (although I might have to hike today!)

Monday - 20 Min Turbo Jam

Wednesday - Turbo Sculpt/Ab Jam

Thursday - Cardio Party

    Wow, the inches you are losing, that is impressive! What you are doing is paying off! Since you are so close to your goal the weight part will happen slowly so mid-July seems like a great target.
