So I lost .5 pounds this week, which is better than gaining! Today is measure day and I have lost 2.5 inches from my chest, 1.5 inches from my waist since Jan. I'll take it!
So now for my next goal. I'd like to lose the rest of my weight, which is about 11 pounds by July 19th, which is my 1 year wedding anniversary!

Sunday - Cardio Party (although I might have to hike today!)
Monday - 20 Min Turbo Jam
Wednesday - Turbo Sculpt/Ab Jam
Thursday - Cardio Party
