3.6 lbs gone for this weigh in! Well, sort of. My body gains water weight SUPER easy. My weigh ins are Sunday mornings. If I do anything involving fast food on Saturdays, it completely throws things off. Two Fridays ago, I was showing something like a 1.5 lb weight loss for the week already. Then I had two fast food meals during a trip out of town the next day, Saturday. That made it look like I had a gain for my Sunday weigh in. A few days after, it had all evened out. So, today's recorded 3.6 lb weight loss isn't a one week loss, but a 2 week loss.
I am now seeing numbers on the scale that I haven't seen for over 10 years! It's so EXCITING. There are only two things that are upsetting -- my clothes being so baggy that they are horribly unflattering and how you have to decrease food intake as you lose weight. I will happily deal with both problems, though, as I trudge along my happy Weight Watchers way! :)
