Check up- and goals for Next Couple Months.

I had a checkup my regular physician on Tues. First time in 2 years! I know , BAD... but for the most part , all was good. I' m not at the weight I WAS at when I lost 40 LBS, Initially , several years ago w/ SparkPeople, But have lost weight. 5 of the 15 I've gained over the last 2 years. I have High blood pressure, Which I 'm taking medication for. Losing weight and exercise have not worked to lower it. I have double whammy family history, both sides, and I had high blood pressure when having my Daughter. Still I want to lose 7 LB, by the time I go back in 2 Months. That will Bring Me back to 40 bs lost. I 'll Keep pushing myself to add steps, and more strength workouts to my regime. And eat more fresh foods, and add less salt. We'll See how it goes, But I'm Hopeful!

    So proud of you for getting to the doctor for a check-up...no matter how long it has been. Now you just have to keep up with your goals.
