- for cereal, especially: rule of 5s: at least 5 grams of fiber, 5 grams of protein (article says 3g), & less than 5 grams of fat
- if you're not hungry enough for breakfast, that's a sign your metabolism is sluggish! start eating, even if it's a little bit! Your appetite will come back, along with your metabolic rate.
