- remember 2 steps forward can still put you ahead despite that 1 step back, but don't try to over-compensate

- do 5-10 minutes of exercise, NOW (don't wait!)
- cook a new healthy recipe
- eat a healthy breakfast
- **drink your water**
- track your food
- **take a walk, without worry about how far/fast**
- read your past blogs
- listen to inspirational song/playlist
