A new challenge…..

Today is the first day of a new challenge that I joined. The challenge is The 2014 5% Spring Challenge, and I am on Team Casual Traveler. I am really excited about this new challenge that goes from today through May 31. Members of the challenge are divided up into teams and basically, the teams compete against each other earning points which turn into "air miles" on our journey to Australia. Members earn miles for their team through exercise minutes and the number of glasses of water that we drink. In addition, I believe there is a no soda streak ongoing for the teams. I also joined a side challenge to see who will be the last "man" standing. There are rules for posting, weigh-ins etc.. I love the entire premise! A little healthy competition is a good incentive to keep me moving forward on my journey.
