Went to bed at 2AM and woke up at 7AM...
so 5 cups of coffee later I felt normal again.
Needless to say ... I've been dragging most of the day.
But I did the exercise and ate my 8 servings of veggies and fruit.
Found a very cute little video by a dog trainer who did an amazing job.
