Alert ! This is more for my own records ! Sorry if its boring ! lol
Last weeks summary , I lost a pound on my scale .I followed my Goals .
For Next week .
1. Lower my calorie range a bit , * started off with normal maintenance'
2 Up my calorie burn , although not my minutes just want to be more intense .
3 Enter my food more often in my tracker per day , I sometimes forget something that I ate and remember it later !
