Groggy, tired.... blah

Saturday, April 05, 2014

I really wish my kids knew the meaning of sleeping in. I didn't even want to sleep in super late... I would have been happy with 8 am... but no, they had different plans... They got up at 6:30.

It seems that when I dont get enough sleep, my eating habits are absolutely horrible. For example, for breakfast, I had left over pizza and a pepsi. I have no motivation to do a thing right now...

Oh well. When it warms up a bit more later, I am kicking them all outside so I can get some organization done.

Heres to hoping today is a good day! The sun is shining, so thats a plus!

: ) Happy Losing Everyone!

s there any way you can get a jogging stroller or something and take them for walks? Exercising early in the morning is so good for a diet. I do that with my toddler and baby. When they wake up early i give a quick breakfast and then we're off. If you have bad weather maybe something else? It also tires them out and they take more naps giving more downtime etc.
Just wondering, trial and error, eventually your schedule will set itself and you will improve your eating as well :)

You might try joining them as in early to bed, early to rise. That way you would be well rested and probably better organized. You could actually enjoy your mornings with your children as you won't be tired and breakfast could become a healthy family affair that you planned out the night before. Think about it.
