I couldn't sleep last night. Started to feel some hunger pains so sipped water all through the night. I made an apple shake for the morning. All white ingredients. Cooked a peeled macintosh apple on stovetop with 1 tbs coconut oil for three minutes then placed into a blender with buttermilk, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, drop of maple syrup, and multidolphilus.
403 calories - I think I'll feel better now having drank this large shake with a multivitamin, my HBP meds, and some nutritional yeast.
