Atleast it feels that way.... I wake up almost every morning with my hips aching... and my knees are in constant pain. I know the solution to this is to lose this weight, but when you are in pain, it makes it a heck of a lot harder.
Im trying to use it as my reminder of why I am doing this. I have decided that along with my zumba, I am going to go to a water class as well in the mornings... I think my knees will appreciate that as well. Im trying to decided which one though. They have 5 different classes. lol
Tomorrow is supposed to be cool and sunny... I think I will get the kids out of the house and out on a walk as well... They are sick of being stuck in this house all of the time as well. :)
