Im 25...in an 80 year old's body...

Atleast it feels that way.... I wake up almost every morning with my hips aching... and my knees are in constant pain. I know the solution to this is to lose this weight, but when you are in pain, it makes it a heck of a lot harder.

Im trying to use it as my reminder of why I am doing this. I have decided that along with my zumba, I am going to go to a water class as well in the mornings... I think my knees will appreciate that as well. Im trying to decided which one though. They have 5 different classes. lol

Tomorrow is supposed to be cool and sunny... I think I will get the kids out of the house and out on a walk as well... They are sick of being stuck in this house all of the time as well. :)

    I feel your pain. I live in a third floor walk up apartment and every time I come home and walk up those steps and hear my knees...it's disconcerting.

We can do this though! Keep at it!!

    Don't worry, when you actually are 80, you'll feel like you have a 25 yr old spirit, and it will all balance out.
