Got meals for a month planned. I never realized how much just the discipline of just taking my food keeps my binge eating in check. I need to be diligent about eating breakfast that I cook not the crap my school calls breakfast. I also need to be on guard and be sure to use my full 30 minutes to eat not work at the copier or b.s. in the lounge. I'm hoping well have some good sunny days soon so I can start walking the track.
I have to drop the weight I've put on from the stress. I refuse to undo all the work I've done for a paycheck.
