I Don't Want Them!

Yesterday I briefly---very briefly--toyed with the idea of eating some sweets. And I spent the rest of the day feeling very good that I had ignored the impulse.

And I woke up feeling good this morning.

I have established--and I am on a streak--a hierarchy of eating (not counting regular meals): If I have an impulse to eat I must go through carrots, an apple, celery sticks, and THEN think about it. These "high-mastication" snacks get me through those moments of temptation.
