    At least you are losing, I'm not losing at all because of the steroids pills but guess what I work out five days a week and I feel so much better. I'm glad that when they do take me off these meds to know that I am in control. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon . Then I'm going to say I DID THAT.

    I get it, but put your focus on pursuing health and not on losing weight. There's a lot more to gaining health than losing weight, and if you will seriously shift your focus it will help tremendously with motivation and encouragement.

    I know it's hard to lose weight slowly. We all want to blink our eyes and be thin! Sure wish it was that easy! This is lifestyle, a journey that we walk, day after day, year after year. Learn something new each day, don't give up, and enjoy the journey!
