My Plateau

This is not the first time that I have written about my plateau. But I am doing a 30 day trial of SparkCoach (which I could not afford otherwise) - and one of my first steps is to write about my plateau.

My plateau has been a part of my life for more than 3 months. I have been frustrated but not discouraged. I am committed to this Plateau Busting program and following all the steps.

    I'm sure SparkCoach will have sound advice about how to break through your plateau. Changing your routines sounds like it may be one of their suggestions!! Good luck! emoticon

    Plateaus are very discouraging but don't give up. Keep pushing onwards. try changing a few stuff around ... workout routine, meal plan, the time of day you eat certain things etc.

    Keep pushing, change something out a bit and you will break through. You will be amazed at how re-thinking the plan a bit helps.

    You can do it! I had a plateau (very slow/no weight loss) for 4-5 months and finally shook it by changing my routine up. Keep with it and it will happen!
