I wanted to jot down some short term goals for the rest of the week. I went to the gym this morning and worked out for a little over an hour. I completed Week 3, Day 1 of my Couch to 5K program. I plan to do Day 2 tomorrow and Day 3 on Saturday. I also focused on my arms today as I am tired of having to buy bigger shirts just to fit my arms. (Side note: Why is there such a disparity with the arm sizes and the rest of the shirt? It's aggravating). I have been consistently tracking so I will continue to do that for the remainder of the week. I'm of course hoping for another loss on Monday. I will try to stay off the scale until then.
