Have decided to take a break from spark people for awhile. I've just seemed to be stalled on my weight loss journey, so I have made a change. I've been following the Atkins diet plan for several weeks now and have been doing well. Lost about 5 lbs. so far but the greatest thing is that I'm not hungry all the time, especially in the evenings. I will be checking up on you all to see how you are doing from time to time and all the best wishes to all my friends! Hugs!
