So, yesterday I started a 30 day challenge. I am challenging myself to not drink soda for 30 days, to walk atleast 300,000 steps in 30 days, and to set aside a dollar a day for 30 days. I also want to read for 30 min a day atleast and free write for a few minutes a day. Each day I want to attempt something new. Maybe by May 1st, I will feel much better about myself. I am so confident that this challenge will be a success, that I am already planning another 30 day challenge for next month.
