gave up, but didn't

Wednesday, April 02, 2014

I gave up sparkcoach, I hate to admit this but I was just using it for the extra points most of the time. I can't abide the extra time to read the stuff and do what it says when I'm not getting in enough ST or cardio....I need to stop reading about it and DO it...
I did however kick back into WW and promise myself I will start staying for the meetings. I can't pretend to read those....

I'm making slow changes, especially with the ST relay, I am learning all sorts of new exercises to do and I can't just do the 10 or 5 or whatever I do at least one full set of 15 and I usually do 3 reps of 15

emoticon on going back to W.W. it's a good program and I will be going on it next week, I'll be done with Atkins quick start and ready to go back to it. It doesn't matter what eating program you use as long as it is healthy and you can stick with it. Good going and I know you will do fine. emoticon

I didn't stick with Spark Coach after my trail period. It didn't seem like anything different that what is already on the site for free.

Great job going back to Weight Watchers!

At least while you were on SP getting your points you were not eating! Sometimes doing nothing is doing something.
