100 days to a New you challenge day 019/100

Today is day 19 of my 100 day challenge. I did my walking, drank my water, did a little stitching on the quilt block & a little writing in one of the journal books that I am writing. I did a lot of TV watching, Mandala coloring, reading & game playing on my Tablet. It was too cool to go walking outside today. Yesterday I found my clothing sketch pad, so now I can work on some design ideas & write a journal book on the designs & what fabrics & things can be used to make them.

It is almost my 2 year Sparkversary & I have lost almost 30 lbs. I want to work on reaching 30 lbs. lost by 04/10/14. Which is next week on Thursday.

I am having a 4th bad MIGRAINE DAY & NIGHT.
