Due to weather today, and Thurs. is last day of classes, we dont' do our presentation, that I spent hours and hours and hours on... but will have a class roundtable and talk about our papers. How far away can you hear me scream? (What's that they say, but it was good to be nominated?)

I had a hot bath today, with my leg in the air, but I have an itchy legs and foot tonite, swelling seems to be resolving... hope, hope..

Eating today Excellent:
Brekie - cereal, milk, apple, peanut butter
Lunch - veggie bag, bowl of beans, smoothie
Snack - seaweed
Supper - Haddock fillet, baked potato, coleslaw, cukes, tomatoes, Green Giant broccoli/cauliflower
Snack - Yogurt

What a funny dog Buddy is. he stands on back legs, with arms in the arm, moving, but tonite, he sat down on his but like that, he looked like a meercat...

Great job on your eating today! Bet it feels great! So sorry about your presentation, though.

Sorry that you aren't able to do your presentation that you worked so hard on. (I think I heard you screaming today here in southwestern PA.) Continuing prayers for your legs and foot...glad the swelling is getting less...
