I am going on a continuous food logging, exercising, life style altering course for my life.
No more fits or spurts, just one long continuous streak of commitment that leads to a healthy lifestyle and healthy, toned body weight, followed by maintenance as a permanent lifestyle.
The lucky thing for me, is that for once, my husband and I are on the same wavelength. He is changing his diet, and exercising too, and weight loss, is happening for him. So, together, we can make permanent lifestyle changes, a component of our daily living.
