Streak Day 2

I am going on a continuous food logging, exercising, life style altering course for my life.
No more fits or spurts, just one long continuous streak of commitment that leads to a healthy lifestyle and healthy, toned body weight, followed by maintenance as a permanent lifestyle.

The lucky thing for me, is that for once, my husband and I are on the same wavelength. He is changing his diet, and exercising too, and weight loss, is happening for him. So, together, we can make permanent lifestyle changes, a component of our daily living.

    It's great that you will be able to support each and enjoy the benefits of looking good and feeling good together.

My hubby did this with me too and he looks great and feels great. His successes really motivates me.

    Good for are lucky that your hubby is on board with your healthy journey. It's harder without the spousal support.
