Good hello everyone! Its the beginning of a new month and you know what that mean!NEW GOALS & a fresh start:)
This month im not going to set any ridiculous goals like losing 20 pounds in a month because at the end of the month I just get depressed and disappointed when I don't reach those goals. So this month it will be smaller goals. I haven't weighed myself in about 2 weeks because I kind of fell of track there for awhile so im nervous to see what the scale says so ill probably weight until the beginning of next week and weigh myself.
-Lose 5 pounds
-Save more money
-More fruits and veggies
These past couple days have been good! Ive been to the gym everyday so far this week. My eating has been great and I feel awesome! My breakfast has been a breakfast essential drink with either strawberries or a banana. Lunch I have an apple with peanut butter and some lunch meat(just lunch meat no bread). And dinner is my big meal of the day so I usually don't hold back last night I had chicken tacos and some strawberries and tonight I had shake n bake chicken, fruit salad, and broccoli!
Things are finally starting to fall into place and if all goes as planned I will finally be moving to Nashville in August! I CANT WAIT!!!!!!:) I found an awesome roommate on roomster.com it only took about a year but she is the best! I told myself and promised god i was only going to contact one more person on roomster and if they don't respond I need to find a plan B because obviously the man upstairs is not wanting me to find a roommate for a reason! Thankfully she responded and it just shows God is good. Once I move I will probably take a couple online classes from my community college back home then find a job during the day! My roommate is a killer singer so if all goes as planned I will be managing her.
I have decided I would like to reach my goal weight of 145-150 by the time I move! Only about 40 more pounds by August I can do it!
