Happy April

it was a beautiful day, sunny and warm....hope it lasts.....

My goals for April are the same as March, watching portion and getting a extra workout after dinner...
this has worked for me since the first of the year..I am getting closer to my goal weigh...again...
tomorrow is weigh in day ....I am sure I lost my usual half pound per week...this works for me....

have a healthy day..find what works for you and keep going......

I want it to get warm here.
I walked in and out doing things in my tee shirt today but it was only 31
Better then the cold we have been having.
