    Do you have netflix, or access to somoen with Netflix? There is an awesome, awesome documentary on there called "Hungry for Change"

    I learned a few great tips on there for my new lifestyle that really really help.

    Number 1 was "never tell yourself, "I can't have that" when looking at a food you would normally eat, but doesn't work well in your plan. Instead tell yourself: "I am choosing something better".

    Also I liked the tip about actively visualizing your body the way you want it, and visualizing the number on the scale you want to see. I try that at night.

    That was an absolutely excellent article. Her tools are correct. Find healthy foods that you love. Take things with you to a family gathering. I am saving the article for future reading and checking out her newsletter..and also her recipes.
