Happy April 1st! ;)
It is my birthday month (the 25th, so I have time to prepare) and the last month of marathon training!
I'm no where near my weightloss goal and have not made any progress, but backwards since marathon training! :( Boo! That is no April Fools
So simple commitment and goals for April
1. Cut sugar.. I need to eat like a diabetic so I don't become diabetic!
2. Cut carbs as grains.. focus on vegetable carbs for fueling the body for exercise.
3. MORE veggies!! I already have 2-3 fruit servings a day.. need to up the number of veggies!
4. Continue with training
Pretty simple, I'm training hard already.. I'll stick with my schedule and routine. It is my food choices that need redirection.. so here is the month to do it. At the end of the month, I'll reward myself on my birthday with a good quality treat!
