Here we are at the first of April, and 2 weeks since I came back to SP. For the first time since I started, I stepped on the scales. After 2 weeks, I'm down a whole 1/2 pound. I am so disappointed with this. I have tracked my food, stayed within my limits, started exercising, everything I'm supposed to be doing.
On the upside, I'm starting to feel better. I get out of bed feeling much more energized. I guess I just have to keep reminding myself that my weight is only a number, and it will eventually go down.
I've decided to set some goals for April. As I was trying to figure out how to set up goals that were realistic, yet attainable (no easy task), I came across the following:
I am going to post this in both my office and the kitchen as a constant reminder of what I should be doing. I will read it every day, I will keep a positive attitude, and I will do this!!
