A new month is a new start! Time to set some short term goals for April.
1. I will mix up my food intake by adding more protein (I'm always low on protein intake.),by increasing my vegetables through salads, and by introducing beans and chick peas into my diet.
2. I will continue exercise 30 minutes a day at least 4 days a week and 45 minutes one day a week.. I will find one new form of exercise to add into my rotation this month.
3. I will lose 4 pounds this month while staying within my calorie range.
4. I will organize at least one closet in my home and finish one quilting project.
