March Goals Review

1) I need to be more consistent with working out. That means 5-6 days a week. I was hit and miss this month

2) I need to stay in my calorie range more often. I did pretty well this month; only a few days I was over, and 3 days that I didn't track at all.

3) I need to eat at least 5 freggies a day. I still need to work on this.

4) I need to read my Bible and spend time with God every day. This needs a lot of work.

5) I need to drink at least 8 cups of water every day. I'm getting really good at this. I only missed a few days.

6) I need to strength train at least 3 days a week. I did a lot better this month, only one week I didn't strength train enough.

7) I need to stick with Flylady and get my house clean. I am getting better, I kept up pretty well the last week of the month.
