In March, I set the following goals:
- 1000 Fitness Minutes Trophy
- Strength Training 3x/week
- Water 8 cups/day
- Cardio 16x/month (4x/week)
- Burn 7000 Calories
- Step 200,000
So, how'd I do?
FITNESS MINUTES: Well, I gained a 2000 Fitness Minutes Trophy this month! Yay! That goal was met!
STRENGTH TRAINING: I only did strength training about 4x this entire month. So, I still have some work to do in that area... as usual. I don't know why strength training is such a struggle. But, I'm determined to do it with some consistency. I'm going to keep trying until I figure it out.
WATER: I didn't even track my water. Though I started off the month pretty strong in this area, I kind of dropped the ball midway through.
CARDIO: I didn't make my 16x's this month. But, I did get in 12x's. I'll get it next month.
BURN: My SP report says I burned 12,022 calories. So technically, I guess I met that goal. However, that includes FitBit entries. When I set the goal, I didn't even know I could sync my FitBit with SP. So these activity minutes I get through FitBit for just getting steps in, was not expected. Sooooo, I went through my fitness tracker and just added up my formal exercise calories burned and the total was 5,356. No bad at all. Because I really want to know my formal exercise cardio burned, I think I won't sync my FitBit with SP next month.
STEPS: I almost made my goal! LOL I got in 184,154 steps this month. I know I could have made my goal if not for a few days when I was laying in the bed pretty much all day doing absolutely nothing. Soooo, next month it's ON! I'm going to make that goal! I'm thankful for my 10K a Day team challenge which starts back up in April. I've repeated my 200,000 a month goal!

I'm happy for another chance in April to make those goals a reality! Let's Go!!
