Spring 5% Challenge

I hereby pledge to:

1. Workout for a minimum of 30 minutes 3 x a week before starting my day
2. Track my exercise and nutrition
3. Support team mates by reading and commenting on their blogs and participating in track talk
4. Focus on portion control (my weak spot)
5. Embrace and celebrate NSV (non-scale victories)
