Pre-Challenge Assignment #7 - Triggers
My triggers foods are sweets, cookies and cake and brownies. I usually reach for these in the evening when I am bored. Evenings are hard for me because DH works and I am left to my own devices. I should be bored cause I have plenty to do, but I usually don't want to do what needs to be done so I end up doing nothing then I get bored.
Plan to stop: Everytime I want a cookie, I will stop myself and do one household chore.
