I plan to make the Spring 5% Challenge work this time around, during the Winter Challenge I lost focus with the bad weather, travelling, illness, and school work. But this time around I am going to make it work. The last week of the challenge I will be in Punta Cana
so I want to look my best.

Strength Training: Tuesday and Thursday using a SparkPeople Video or Workout
Cardio Training: 30 mins on the Elliptical Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
