Spell Check / Brain Check needed

Monday, March 31, 2014

Spell check is wonderful, it helped me realize that I am better than I thought I was at spelling. However spell check does not help when I use the wrong word Like in yesterdays use of sink instead of sync. I was mortified that my brain did that. Though I was thinking about doing dishes. :)
Working with brain fog is not easy, but what is... is implementing the lessons I have learned since coming to SP. Getting frustrated by the fogginess, I have an intense desire to gnaw in the evening.
So what to do?
1. Work on eliminating stressors. (Get the taxes done)
2. Change my environment. (go to another room)
3. Remind myself the need to gnaw is NOT hunger.

So even when challenged, there are still things that I can do. :)

I've had so many of those...I don't think there's anyone anyone would be able to judge fault free. By my book if it's understood that's what counts. Love your stepped out plans. You've got this.

We've all done things like that! I find as I get older there are words that take me several times to get right...and others that I just plain have to google. Ha!

Oh boy . . . had the brain fogs too. Makes it difficult to be at our best.

HUGS and hope it lifts for you!

We are all a work in progress. I do hope you are feeling better. Med changes are not easy.
Your gift of a virus does not help but it sounds like you are the right path. You can do this.
Have a great Monday. emoticon

I agree that it is sure hard sometimes not to gnaw when you are not hungry. It is good that you have some coping strategies. I'm finding that it is a work in progress.
