what a busy weekend. Started Saturday with preparing the meats,, Had a friend work on cooking all the main dishes, Virgina is a great cook, she did pulled pork and pulled beef to make sandwiches and topped it with baracho beans. The cupcakes were butter Scotch based vanilla cup cake, we munched all day on the veggie tray items.
Started with testing the scotch then the beers then ice tea and a few diet cokes.
THen we hit the Trail and race walked 3.3 miles
Sunday i was hungover, tired and very much in munchy mood. started with the leftover pulled beef. then finished the veggie tray stuff from there I saw potato chips... and thats the rest of the story. I did a Guilt induced 30 minutes of walking at the park.
Kevin will be off on a work trip in a week and I will really get my exercise in then. :-)
So for a splurge I did not do to bad
