I am hopeful for a better week. I didn't do terrible with my eating I had food I probably wouldn't normally have but at least I didn't overeat. I had good portions, which is a step up for me especially if I am not tracking but I am hoping to get back to tracking this week and get back to the gym! It was finally nice out today so I was able to run some errands and just have a nice day shopping with a friend. I got a meditation cd so hopefully that will help me with my meditation because I know I am trying to make a lot of changes at once but it is important for me to be well rounded because if I focus on one thing I tend to do too much at once and give up when it doesnt go exactly as I think it should. So while I am disappointed in my lack of tracking and gym visits I am trying to see that I was able to get a lot of work stuff done, go to my Tuesday spirit group and spend time with a friend and run some errands this week. I also wont let it make me stop just because I had a small break. Next week I plan on tracking and making good food choices, hitting the gym and possibly taking and using my weekend to clean up and organize some stuff around the house.
