Defeating my Challenges

Sunday, March 30, 2014

One of my BIGGEST challenges is my sweet and much loved Mommy

cuz even at 51 I'm still her baby emoticon emoticon

See we live together and she is not happy unless our pantry, freezer, fridge all look like the grocery store.

She fills them with EVERYTHING!!!

Friday she brought me some bbq ribs from our local legend then she went to the grocery store and bought my favorite chocolate donuts

There are cases upon cases of soda in our pantry and she bought a fruity coffee cake for our morning coffee.

I LOVE my Mommy but I will not be defeated. I have manage to stay within my calorie range and I WILL stay within and do my 10 minute dance exercise 6 days a week.

I have not had a soda in close to a month and they are EVERYWHERE, LOL

I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED but I did just have two of my Mommy's homemade biscuits BUT I haven't gone over my calories for the day in fact I have 824 left.

Guess I'll have a nice spinach salad and maybe a glass of wine for dinner emoticon

You have just confirmed that it's a mom thing and not just my mom. My Mom's in a rehab facility right now. Although I am able to go through her house and get rid of stuff without her knowing, I go to visit her and she's pushing the food that she didn't eat on me.'re the one that needs the food...the've lost too much weight - mine is stuck.
