Doing a 100 day challenge and hope to have many streaks by the end.
10,000 steps minimum per day
2 hours of exercise per day, walking, stairs, strength training, other exercises.
drink 8 glasses of water per day
pack lunch every work day
walk dog 3-4 days a week
Some of these I am already doing on a regular basis. I need to keep myself accountable on the rest. Here's to good start of my own 100 day challenge.
