Doing a 100 day challenge and hope to have many streaks by the end.

10,000 steps minimum per day
2 hours of exercise per day, walking, stairs, strength training, other exercises.
drink 8 glasses of water per day
journal/blog everyday
pack lunch every work day
vegetarian diet
walk dog 3-4 days a week

Some of these I am already doing on a regular basis. I need to keep myself accountable on the rest. Here's to good start of my own 100 day challenge.

    Wow that's awesome. My dog, Daisy, has gotten heavier this winter, with the weather being so cold and us not going out much. I think I'm going to work on walking Daisy every day for 100 days and getting at least 100 miles!
