Wintry Mix and Spring-like emotions

Sunday, March 30, 2014

Winter refuses to leave but I am still feeling good. I've made some emotional progress and that has helped. I am gearing up to step up a notch or two or three--both emotionally, physically, and in terms of weight loss. 2013 was not a great year for weight loss, but I lost inches (most especially on my waist, which is a planet-sized globe dangling pendulously over my thighs).

New beginnings are just around the corner for me. I get a vacation in just about three weeks; the BLC is ending on April 9th and I am getting more organized and efficient.
I posted the citrus picture before, but I cannot get enough of its freshness.

I think inches are a better indicator of progress than weight. Congratulations!!

inches on your waist lost! Wonderful.... Keep reading that waist measurements are more important health wise than being within the right weight band. And spring sounds like it is coming to you....A very close friend of mine who lives in the forest in Bethany said yesterday that the rabbits and frogs are back...
