Did a 45 min. strength session
*Dumbbell upright rows, 4 sets 12 reps, 20 lbs
*Wall sit w/ dumbbell bicep curls, 4 sets 10 reps, 20 lbs
*Seated dumbbell shoulder press, 4 sets 12 reps, 20 lbs
*Dumbbell toe touches, 4 sets, 12 reps, 5 lbs
*Lying double leg raises, 4 sets 12 reps

Also got my 8 glasses of water in.
