This whirlwind is my life. I feel pretty bad about not doing at least some kind of exercise over the past few days, even if it has to be at the end of the night, just before I get into bed. I have my dumbbells in my bedroom just for that purpose. I know myself. But honestly, I've been just way too tired to do anything besides wash my face and put on my PJs. We have been super busy these days with doctor appointments, therapies, school conferences, home improvement shopping, etc. I start out with a solid plan: I'll do this, this, this, and this; then I'll do my workout, then do that, that, and that. Generally, this works. Or it used to. These days, I wonder how it worked so well. I'll figure it out again ... hopefully soon.
