Day 256 (Friday) strength workout/steps

Felt much better Friday. Did a strength workout (45 mins).

*One arm dumbbell rows, 4 sets 8 reps per side, 25 lbs
*Leg pull throughs w/ cable machine, 1 set 10 reps 70 lbs
*Leg pull throughs w/ cable machine, 3 sets 10 reps 80 lbs
*Paloff press w/ cable machine, 3 sets 8 reps, 40 lbs
*Dumbbell lateral raises, 1 set 20 reps, 20 lbs
*Dumbbell lateral raises, 3 sets 8 reps, 25 lbs
*Farmers' Walk, 3 sets, 2 reps (2 gym lengths at MAC gym weight room), 50 lbs
*Squats, 4 sets 10 reps (still no weight due to knee)

I got in 2 miles worth of steps today. I did a TON of dancing on stage at my show and went through 1.5 liters of water at my show alone. So combined w/ the 6 glasses of water I had drunk earlier in the day, I more than got my 8 glasses for the day. Woo hoo!
