A week from tonight,, so actually in 6 days and some odd hrs,, depending on where you live,, the SPRING CHALLENGE of 2014 STARTS !!! OH YEAH !!
We as the SPIRITED UNDAH DAWGS are SUPER EXcITED to RESTART the challenge from ALL the HARD WORK WE put forth during the WINTAH Challenge ! OH YEAH !!
We had the MOST NEATEST bunch of PUPPIEs come aboard,, and MANY have STAYED for the SPRING CHALLANGE ALONG with the MOST AWESOMENESS Dawggies who have experience with the team for over 2 challenges !!!
So just WHAT DO WE DO? We "Travel" from "land to land" on a virtual plane,,, to move the plane forward,,, we do exercise !! 20 mins of exercise is 20 miles of travel,, 40 mins of exer, is 40 miles,,, right up the max allowed of 120 mins (2 hrs) ,,, for 120 MILES !! WOOHOOO !! ANd we have A LOT who do the 120,,,, of course if you are NEW to exer,,, it's suggested that you start out on being CONSISTANT in this journey and NOT worry about "how much am I doing" as it is to be REGULAR ! As SPARK GUY (Chris Downings) says,,, "Even 10 mins a DAY will move you forward" !!! Of course once you get used to those 10 mins,,,, than please keep increasing.
When I was a NEW PUPPY ,,, I thought that 10 mins a day was a HUGE IMPROVEMENT FOR ME !! AND INDEED IT WAS !! It took me about 2 weeks,, than I went to 15 mins,,, by the end of the first 8 weeks,,,, I was 20 mins some days,,, 40 some others,,, and rarely 50. During the 2nd and 3rd challenges,,, I really picked upped. But, that was weeks, months of working hard at it,, and I LOST !! WOOHOOOO !!!
PLEASE Do as suggested by the DAWGGIE team, and TRACK ALL THE TIME ur FOOD and ALSO ur Exercise,,,,, so when as you need help/encouragement,, or a WOOHOOOO we can turn to ur trackers,,,, and see how it is ur doing. :)
We are NOT yet surah (hmmmm I am from Maine,,,, if ur not surah wherah that is,,, its 2 hrs north of Boston, MASS,,, and connects to Canada (so yeah,,, its a COLD STATE !) and also New Hampshire (Where MaryAnnGI and EL (Extra Leadah) lives,,,,,, we've met and had a GREAT TIME and will again soon !) so up herah most of us do NOT use our "R'S,,, so I write as I talk,, so you can get to know me ! For awhile I lived in Denver, CO and I LOVED it,, I MAY someday go back,,, if my fam herah does not need me,,, that seems to be they do morah and morah,,,, so it's kinda getting doubtful,,, for my GD was VERY UPSET I had left),,,, so well we are NOT yet Surah but, MAY know by Weds or we WILL on Thurs,, what our First LTGL (Living The Good Life) challenge will be. What the LTGL challenges are ,,, is a way if you take advantage of it, and we Strongly URGE YOU TO,,, to develop GOOD habits ! The first one we may work on,, MIGHT be drinking 8 glasses of water a day, or tracking our foods,,, we are n't sure til Lynn (Kaliswalker) makes it available to the CL (Challenge Leadah,which on our team,,its ME ! WOOHOOOO) than I'll make it available to YOU on the "Travel weekly forum". OH YEAH !!!

Soooo getOUT THOSE Sneakers,, Hiking boots,,,, bikes,,,,, gardening tools,,, and REMEMBAH YOU CAN COUNT house work,,, esp if it makes U sweat !! if it makes ur heart beat,,, WOOHOO that's when I COUNT it,, others do at any time,, cos it IS work,, and they otherwise may be sitting watching TV, reading a book,,, or napping,,, so instead they are UP AND MOVING !! WOOHOOOOO !!! Lets ADD On some music,, and REALLY BEE BOOP TO IT !!
From the pages I've read so far (I'll do my BEST to READ THEM ALL and ask that the othah leadahs TRY to do the same ! I do not work at this point,, so it's easiah for me,,, than for some of the othahs wh are quite busy) U are ALL READY AND RARING TO GO !!
