Wk 155 Weigh In

Last week I had said that I didn't post a loss, but that there was always next week. I probably shouldn't have said that...
This week started out well enough, I was plodding along nicely. I figured I was on track for at least a small loss. Then BAM! fast food burgers and fries on Wednesday, then BAM! big breakfast for dinner on Thursday. On Friday it looked like I might still have a slim chance of at least breaking even again. So Friday, I'm busy with little things and I just didn't eat much (took in just over 800 calories and 9 glasses of water). So I thought, "well, we shall see what tomorrow brings".
Somehow I gained weight between Friday morning and Saturday morning. There was no high sodium anything eaten on Friday! So what I thought on Friday morning about having a chance to break even turned into a huge gain on Saturday.
Here's the numbers:
Weight : 225.4
Gain : 3.8
Total : 94.6
As I've said before "there's always next week"... hopefully that doesn't mean that I'll gain another 4 lbs next week!
