I'm trying very hard, to do just that!
How about you?

I've been up since 4am, today and I knew I had to write this blog. I've been wanting to write for a week. I just didn't know what to talk about. So here I am.
I've had a good week,so far, able to get in 60+minutes in, riding the bike inside of the house. 6 days a week, 1 rest day. I would like to get in more strength exercises in, but I have bed knee pain and doesn't all the time, or I'm to tired and don't make the time for it.

Right now, I have noticed, I get 2 days of good sleep and on the 3rd day its 4hrs. of sleep and that's for 2 days straight. I try to do the right things, like not drinking coffee or tea at night or doing some Yoga before I go to bed. It doesn't help all the time, when I really need to sleep.

My husband doesn't know how I get so much energy, from sleeping a little. emoticon
I believe it's being active and really motivated. I have something inside myself, that tells me to keep pushing along. I get my energy within myself, to go even stronger with my weight loss. emoticon

I'm very proud of myself, starting today I have lost "75 pounds" emoticon it's like a dream. I really don't believe it, that have come this far! emoticon

I'm still drinking 10+cups of water a day, planning my meals, and training very hard to do a 5k, if it would stop raining here in the Northwest, its been going since Monday, can you believe it I had a BBQ that day of all things, it was my husbands doing! I'm probally going to have to do a 5k in July or August of this year, that's when there will be good weather to do a 5k in. I don't wont to do it the rain!

I'll be gone from home starting Monday-Friday, working out of State delivering "Hotel Coupons", but I'll have the computer in the van, that's something new, to log in to sparkpeople everyday and I'll tell you where I am at the Hotel.

    Have you tried ankle & wrist weights? You can get them in 1, 2, 5 & 10 sets. I think maybe up to 20 lbs. Anyway, just put them on while doing chores around the house, walking, gardening, etc. It's a GREAT way to get some strength training in & you'll be surprised how toned up you can get with as little as a pound extra on your wrist or ankle. They have them at Big 5, Walmart and Fred Meyer.

    It sounds like you've been doing well, no matter what circumstances you might have. That's such a good thing to be able to achieve because with lots of people, any hiccup will throw them off course and they just give up. You have so much motivation and ambition about you, though-- I just love it!!
