My 2 month Streak

Today is my 2 month streak...I started a streak to exercise a second time 3 times a week after dinner....
I started with the idea of 3 days a week at least 15 minutes.....but I was able to do it every day but one for at least 30 minutes.....I am going to continue for as long as I can...it seems a good way to have some me time, digest my dinner better and even eat less .....
I enjoy setting goals or starting streaks to keep me interested in my healthy life style plan......

My other goal was 2 no meat days per week...I have done good here too..it's not always easy but when you plan your meals it can be easier....I have what I call special meals now when I don't have meat..like grilled salmon, my favorite salmon cakes....I think the secret to change is to find some way to make it seem special, find some way of making it seem better for you...

well I am babbling now....any way have a healthy week end...find ways to make YOU feel special or better...look for the positive in your choices....find ways to make your life better......
